인터넷상에서 예약취소나 수정은 불가능하며, 예약취소나 여행자정보 변경을 원하시면 반드시 예약을 진행한 담당자에게 연락을 주셔야 합니다.
여행자의 여행계약 해제 요청이 있는 경우 여행약관에 의거 소정의 환불 챠지(charge)가 발생할 수 있습니다. 단, 개인의 부주의와 지병에 의한 부상, 질병, 사망, 분실 및 천재지변으로 인한 일정취소 및 변경사항 등은 본사의 책임이 없습니다.

예약 후 출발 14일전 : 20% Penalty, 출발13일전 ~출발 7일전 : 50%, 출발6일전~출발3일전 :80%, 출발 2일전~ 당일은 100% penalty가 적용됩니다.

*상기 penalty 적용은 예약하신 지점의 시각 기준에 따르며<토/일, 공휴일 제외, 업무일 기준>

환불은 예약지점의 담당 직원과 취소 확인을 하셔야 하며, 어떤 이유로든 미사용 또는 부분적으로 사용되지 않은 구간에 대해서는

환불되지 않습니다. 취소일과 상관없이 카드로 결제 하신 경우 카드 수수료는 3.5% 이며 고객 부담입니다.

카드로 환불 원하실 경우에는 수수료가 7% 입니다.

*투어일정 중에서 항공, 기차, 크루즈 요금이 포함된 투어의 경우 항공료,기차료, 크루즈 요금은 100% penalty이며,

크루즈 취소 규정은 각선사 및 “아주 크루즈 여행 신청서 규정에 의합니다.

모국 관광 시 행사 인원별 투어 차량 안내

1. 2인-9인 미만: 택시 또는 승합차

2. 10인-28인 미만: 28인승 리무진 대형버스

현재 기준 대한민국 입국시 공항에서 1차 PCR 검사를 필수로 해야 합니다.

비용은 $100 내외 이며 양성이 나올 경우 자가격리 일주일을 하셔야 하며

이에 따른 비용은 손님의 자비로 부담 하셔야 합니다.

1차 검사 후 음성일 경우 6-7일째 되는날 2차 신속항원키트 검사를 하셔야 합니다.

약국에서 파는 자가키트가 아닌 병원이나 선별진료소에서 하는 RAT 신속항원검사를 받으셔야 하며

영주권을 가지고 계신 분은 $4 내외이며 시민권자분들은 $70 내외 입니다.

이 또한 양성일 경우는 일주일 자가격리를 하셔야 하며 이에 따른 비용은 손님의 자비로 부담 하셔야 합니다.

1차 PCR 검사에서 양성일 경우 고국투어를 하실 수 없습니다.

*Land Tours : From the time of reservation until 14 days prior to departure, the cancellation penalty shall be 20% of total tour cost; from 13 days until seven (7) days prior to departure, the penalty shall be 50%; from six (6) days until three (3) days prior to departure, the penalty shall be 80%; and, from two (2) days until the day of departure cancellations shall incur 100% penalty. *Note Any and all changes, cancellations, or refund requests shall be recorded in the same time zone where the original reservation was made (e.g. PST for Los Angeles headquarters, GMT+9 for Seoul office) and shall only apply to regular business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Please be sure to confirm your cancellation with the agent at the location/office where the original reservation was made. There shall be no refunds for any unused travel for any reason. (COVID-19)

Currently, upon entering Korea, the first PCR test is mandatory at the airport.

The cost is around $100, and if you test positive, you must self-isolate for a week.

This cost must be borne by the customer at his or her own expense.

If it is negative after the first test, a second rapid antigen kit test should be performed on the 6th-7th day.

You must take the RAT rapid antigen test at a hospital or screening clinic, not a self-kit sold at a pharmacy.

It is around $4 for those with permanent residency and around $70 for citizens.

If this is also positive, you must self-quarantine for a week, and the cost of this must be borne at your own expense.

If the first PCR test is positive, you will not be able to tour your home country.
